Where we ship We currently ship to all 50 US states. At this time we do not ship to PO boxes or US territories.

Shipping cost Shipping is free on all US orders over $80. For orders under $80, the shipping rate is shown at checkout.

Processing time We process and pack orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time Most US orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

Tracking As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Duties and taxes We handle the international logistics so your order reaches you as smoothly as possible. If you have any questions about your delivery, reach us at support@tovara.com.

Wrong or incomplete address Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email support@trytovara.com right away and we will do our best to fix it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking has not updated for several days or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@trytovara.com and we will track it down for you.
