1. Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in the checkout:

- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- SOFORT-Überweisung / Klarna (if available)
- SEPA Direct Debit (if available)

2. Currency & Prices
All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and include the statutory sales tax, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are transparently displayed in the checkout.
3. Due Date & Processing
The purchase price is due immediately upon order. As soon as your payment has been successfully authorized, we will start processing your order (processing time: 1–2 business days Mon–Fri).
4. Security
All payment data is transmitted encrypted (TLS/SSL). We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Processing is handled by certified payment service providers in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard.
5. Payment Processors
Technical payment processing is carried out by certified third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Klarna, credit card acquirers). These are exclusively technical service providers and do not become contractual partners of the customer. The contractual partner is always Yiwu Guansheng Trading Firm (Brand: Tovara).
6. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be successfully authorized, your order will not be placed. You can repeat the process in the checkout with a different payment method.
7. Refunds
Refunds within our 100-day return policy will be made no later than 10 business days after receipt of the return to the original payment method used. No restocking fee will be charged. Details can be found in our Refund Policy.
8. Invoice
You will receive an invoice in accordance with Section 14 of the German VAT Act (UStG) via email after your order has been delivered. If required, we will gladly resend your invoice – please write to support@trytovara.com.
