At Tovara we believe paying should be simple, secure and transparent. This page gives you an overview of the accepted payment methods, the payment terms and your rights when paying.
1. Accepted payment methods
The following payment methods are available at checkout:

- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
The methods shown at checkout are the options available for your order.
2. Currency & prices
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Shipping is free on every order.
3. Due date & processing
The purchase price is due immediately when you place your order. As soon as your payment has been successfully authorized, we start processing your order (processing time 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday).
4. Security
All payment data is transmitted encrypted (TLS/SSL). We do not store full credit card data on our servers. Processing is handled by certified payment providers in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
5. Payment processors
Technical payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers (for example Shopify Payments and PayPal). They are purely technical service providers and do not become a party to your contract. Your contractual partner is always CHULO LLC (brand: Tovara).
6. Failed payments
If a payment cannot be authorized successfully, your order is not placed. You can repeat the process at checkout with a different payment method.
7. Refunds
Refunds under our 100-day money-back guarantee are issued to the original payment method once the return is confirmed. No restocking fee is charged. Details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Receipt
You receive an order confirmation and a receipt by email. If you need your receipt again, write to info@trytovara.com.
