100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to cook on your TitaniumPro™ gear and decide in your own kitchen. That's why every order comes with a 100-day money-back guarantee, starting the day your order is delivered.

If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 100 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

How it works

Email us at info@trytovara.com with your order number and the reason you'd like a refund. A quick photo helps us learn.

We reply within one business day and let you know whether to keep the item or send it back. In most cases you simply keep it, or pass it on to someone who'll use it, and we refund you. If we do ask for a return, we send you a prepaid shipping label. You never pay to ship anything back to us.

Please don't ship anything before you hear from us, as unannounced packages can't be matched to your order.

Unused and used items

If your item is unused, you receive a full refund of the purchase price. Already cooked with it? You can still get a refund. Since we can then only pass the item on as an open-box item, we refund half the purchase price. We'd rather tell you upfront than surprise you later.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at info@trytovara.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll sort it out quickly, at no cost to you.
