100-Day Return Policy

At Tovara, we want you to love your cookware. If something is not right, you have 100 days from the day your order arrives to return it.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging, with all included materials
  • Returned within 100 days of delivery

How to start a return

Email us at support@trytovara.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us, so we can route your return to the right location.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Tovara ships internationally, so please use a tracked and insured service for your protection. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.

Damaged or defective items

If your pan arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, that is on us. Email support@trytovara.com with your order number and a few photos of the issue. In most cases we will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to ship the item back. There is no return shipping cost to you for a verified defect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Non-returnable items

Used cookware (outside of a verified defect), gift cards, and items returned without prior approval cannot be refunded.
