1. Information we collect

When you place an order, create an account, sign up for emails, or contact us, we collect what you enter: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and the content of your messages. Payment details are entered directly with our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay). We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the store, we and our service providers collect device and usage information through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, referring website, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Information from third parties. Our payment processors and shipping carriers send us confirmations, fraud-screening results, and delivery status for your order.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to our partners' policies.

Our store runs on Shopify, which is PCI DSS compliant. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
