Order & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Most US orders arrive within 5–8 business days after they ship – 1–2 business days processing (Mon–Fri) and 5–8 business days shipping (Mon–Sat). As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.

How much does shipping cost?

US shipping: free on all orders over $80. For orders under $80, the shipping rate is shown at checkout. Details in our Shipping Policy.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship across the United States. Orders are delivered to all 50 states.

I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet – what should I do?

Orders received before 2:00 PM are usually processed on the same business day. If you have not received a shipping confirmation after 4 business days, please email us at support@trytovara.com.

My package is marked as delivered, but it hasn't arrived.

Please first check with neighbors directly and inspect all mailboxes / drop-off locations. If the package is still not found, please email us immediately at support@trytovara.com so that we can initiate an investigation with the shipping service provider.

I wasn't home – what happens?

If no signature is required, the package may be left in the mailbox or with neighbors. Otherwise, the delivery person will leave a notification and attempt delivery again on the next business day – or the package will be taken to a branch / pick-up point.

I entered a wrong address.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@trytovara.com. As long as the package has not yet been shipped, we can correct the address. After shipping, only the shipping service provider can redirect the package.


Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

What is my return policy?

You have a 100-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Within this period, you can withdraw without stating any reasons.

How do I register a return?

Please email us at support@trytovara.com before returning the item. We will provide you with shipping instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything without prior registration – we cannot process such packages.

Who bears the return shipping costs?

In case of withdrawal, the buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. In the event of defects or errors on our part, we will, of course, cover these costs.

When will I get my money back?

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price within 10 business days at the latest to the original payment method used.

What if my item arrives defective or damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@trytovara.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund – including shipping costs.


Order Change & Cancellation

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@trytovara.com. As long as the order has not yet been processed, we can make adjustments or cancellations.


Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and – depending on availability – SOFORT/Klarna and SEPA direct debit. Details in our Payment Policy.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are encrypted (TLS/SSL). We do not store credit card data – processing is handled by PCI-DSS certified payment service providers.
